…segregation. <Tab/>Due to all these disadvantages that the blacks face today in the United States in terms of education, Affirmative action should be allowed because it is the only thing that offers most blacks to get out of their circle of poverty. Once they get into the competitive colleges, more job fields will be opened to them, therefore creating more diversity in the workforce and in our society in general.
