…Whose job is it to enforce the Copyright laws. Currently it's being done by private groups who are civilly suing people who download pirated items. The Internet service providers are not taking the blame for any of this because they depend on illegal downloads. The police claim that they are not funded enough to embark on hunting down people who break copyrights. So Currently its being enforced by private interest groups such as the RIAA.
