…died knowing that his dreams were not likely to come true. I liked the movie, although it was rather long for my taste. I felt Beatty did a very good job of drawing you in and making you care for the characters and their causes. I would recommend it as a good way to learn the logistics of the Russian Revolution, and all the work that went into the formation of the American Communist Party.
