Rape law in the United States

A good start to a discussion of rape law would be to give the legal defintion. Rape is the forcible insertion using force or the threat of force, against the consent of the victim. …rape. They must be changed. They are ridiculous in the aspect that a victim must show signs of resistance. Further, I feel the problem extents outside the laws and into the psyche. The attitudes that we have and sterotypes of rape are all wrong. We must look to educate everyone to the real facts about rape before we can attempt to anaylze and respond or we will be analyzing and respnding to the wrong things.
