Reflection Paper on St. Thomas More

Saint Thomas More was one of the greatest defenders of Catholicism in England during the time of King Henry VII's separation of Britain from the Church. Despite the threat of death, he stood by his ideals and never accepted the English Act of Separation. …in his beliefs. He was the first of many devout English Catholics who remained loyal to the Holy Father despite the threat of execution at the hands of the king's men. He made the people of England think about their religion and about what it was that their country was doing under the leadership of Henry VII and his family. He was a true follower of Christ who remained faithful to His church 'til death.
