…a few basic rights, not even priviledges. Although each of these societies were different, they were still alike in this manner. However at least in the Buddhist and Hindu societies women were given rights, whereas in the Confucian society, the women were deprived of everything and forced to complete their duties. Each society had a different value for women, but they were all forced to complete goals, and qualifications to be considered an honorable woman.
