Should cannabis be legalised?

Hash, weed, pot, dope, marijuana, grass, skunk, whatever you want to call it, it all comes down to the simple fact that cannabis is still an illegal drug. …the laws will be changed, so cannabis can give so many people help with diseases and advance medical technology. If we do not stop wasting our government resources on the War On Drugs and turning our backs upon those in society who choose to consume these substances, we will never see an end to violent crime and overdose deaths. Some day cannabis will be ready to rise up and claim it's rightful position in society.
