Skiing as a Sport

Skiing is an extremely popular sport these days. Skiing sights and resorts are becoming tremendously popular in places all over the world. I have only tried skiing a few times, and I plan to take lessons next year. Many people are starting to take interest in this sport, (including me). Skiing was not always as popular as it is now. …they are sports that can be enjoyed for a lifetime, has meant that each skiing discipline has grown a lot. The legacy left to us by skiing long history is that each winter brings us an increasing number of ways to enjoy the winter season, and to race against each other for fun. Hopefully I will take skiing lessons next winter, and be able to enjoy the sport like many others do around the world!
