…the changes in airport security, and even so make their customers feel more secure by flying with them. Most importantly though the new leadership will need to stay focused on the goals of Southwest, without many major changes. The new management will need to be able to show both their employees as well as customers that they can handle the situation because southwest is a strong, secure, and a company that is here to stay.
