Team Building

I was reading about team building and the five stages of group development and decided that since I was a Quality Teams Advisor for my organization a few years ago, when process action teams were the daily buzz-word, I would give you some information from my organizational quality team experiences that are still relevant in today's business environments. …process will end and a new group/team building process will begin. Personal relations will be disengaged and job tasks will be terminated/closed. In closing, the group and team development stages are both as important today as they were in the early 1990's during the rise of the Quality and ISO Movement and implementation. I enjoyed re-reading my old profession and learning that adjourning too is important. With this said, I too will adjourn.
