The American Family Defined

Family When I hear the term family my mind begins to think of those in my immediate family including my father, mother, 2 older sisters, younger brother and brother-in-law. Although when I am asked to define the term, much like this essay, it is possible for me to develop my thoughts further. …taught what families in different parts of America are like. My definition of family is most definitely not a universal definition that would fit for other students. I am very aware that other students will have much different definitions. In regards to the general population I would also say that their definition would be different than my own. I would hope that everyone has developed their own definitions of family based on their own experiences.
