The Biography of James Madison

<Tab/>James Madison's second inaugural speech was on March 4, 1813. Madison was a member of the Democratic-Republicans, but still held some views of the Federalist Party. He tried to explain his actions and why he had no other choice so that the Federalists would see why Madison acted the way he did. Madison was trying to bring the country together to support and fight for the war.
