…States is negotiating with Canada to divert water from the St. John River. Are we going to give them "free" water so that their arid regions can become fertile lands and comparatively, we get nothing in return? Or are we going to say no, our water is going to be valued as one of our most precious natural resource, like the oil is to the Arab nations. My answer would be - I hope so.
