The Core of Team Dynamics Dynamics are the fundamental elements of team interaction. …such as communication, empowerment, and trust influence the effectiveness of the team, personal motivation of each team member may also have a positive or negative effect. The negative influences can be reduced by the team members recognizing what is the team goal and purpose, what is motivating it's members, and what external forces are influencing the teams' performance. The ratio in which these internal and external forces are occurring will determine the teams' ultimate success.
