The Criminal Procedure

Criminal procedure governs the investigation of crimes; the arrest, charging, and trial of accused criminals; and the sentencing of those convicted. …are being charged, and have the proper attorney to represent them. They are protected by the law so they can not be charged twice for a crime, and can not be charged at all without supporting evidence. My feeling is that the courts have a decent criminal trial system, but are corrupt in this day in age. Many people are charged with crimes they did not commit, and many criminals are still on the streets.
