The development of the Net has greatly changed the way we lead our lives and will do so more as the Net expands and grows in the future. As such, it is of great importance that we understand the nature and functions in order to understand internet in a way we've been asking ourselves the question "What is the Net?" …the analysis done, the best way to choose a good view is to look at the positive side. We humans don't want anyone and everyone to control the net. All we need is one big organization which can manage the net. I agree on Mann's article in which he looked at the facts rather on beliefs. Free of hackers and better privacy is what we humans want. We do not want machines controlling our lives.
