The Judicial Branch

The residents of United States are protected against racism due to the implementation of the Constitution. Today the US is a model of equal human rights in the world, but very few people realise that the Judicial Branch of the US has played a significant role to eliminate discrimination from the roots of the American society. …which are considered important enough reach the Supreme Court and the verdict is in the hands of the majority of nine individuals. The Plessy vs Ferguson and the "Separate But Equal" doctrine reveal the importance, strength, respect, and political influence of the Judicial branch. We also witnessed how oone verdict altered the future of the whole nation, thus I believe that the nine Supreme Court judges play an extremely important role in the US society.
