The League of Nations in the 1930's
<Tab/>In the 1930's, there were two crises that happened in Manchuria and Abyssinia, which extremely embarrassed the League of Nations, and finally in the end, no more countries relied on the league it anymore. The crises were provocative to other countries and inevitable as Japan and Italy, they both were both in the league's security council and could have vetoed any action against them. In 1929, the Wall Street market crashed
lands in Abyssinia, which deeply meant that the league wasn't powerful anymore and would betray its weaker members. The Crisis of Manchuria was a big shot to the League too and it embarrassed them very much., hHowever, as it was only Japan behind, and the league tried to stop them all the time and didn't make create a big war,. Therefore, I think the Crisis of Abyssinia hurt the League the most in the 1930s.
