…Because as long as there is discrimination on the job and problems with in the workforce we are going to need good people to feel those positions. I also believe there is still a lot of work to be done with in the (NRLB) but as long as look at every case as a possible chance to create a positive work environment, it will create positive feelings between workers and unions and employers and employees.
