…through the streets while facing the ground, this method was used to discipline boys and show how they were not as important as elders. Some and nearly all of their training involved physical hardship and this shows that training was not as easy or fun as it sounds but their system definitely worked because the Spartans always had the most disciplined and strong army and it was definitely a challenge to beat them in war.
