We all depend on the society to certain aspects, for support or for respect, we all need one another and the same goes without saying for our careers. …all of us always look for a mentor in our immediate surroundings. We find our mentors in the school/university, within family and relations, and even in the playground. We need them smoothen our path to success and teach us the alphabet of victory. In the absence of a mentor we set forth for us an extremely arduous road to climb the ladder of happiness, with few and far between chances of achieving anything significant.
