The Patriot Act

The September 11th attacks on the World Trade Center in New York City had devastated millions of people throughout the world, especially those closely related to the victims. The US government did not think twice and passed a bill on October 26, 2001 that would expand the government's power to apprehend possible terrorists. This bill is called the Patriot Act. …at least revised to focus on more important issues. It must also decrease the government's new invasion of privacy rights. The main goal should be to fight terrorism and nothing outside of this already broad enough issue.
