…repealed. I believe strongly the USA PATRIOT Act of 2001 should be immediately and completely repealed. It allows random arrests and detention without hearings or trials for anyone or any group designated by the President. It allows the concealment of Presidential records. It allows the surveillance of private citizens. It destroys all e-mail and internet privacy. Ben Franklin said, "Those who would give up essential liberties for a measure of security deserve neither liberty nor security."
