The Pritans in America

All throughout the fifteen and sixteen hundreds many groups of people from Europe rushed to colonize the new found land across the Atlantic Ocean. The rush of these groups brought over many different types of people with different goals in there immigration to America. One of these groups was the puritans. They had come to America because they were unhappy with the religious state of the church back in England. Striving to create a society …

…is because they actually modeled something that people could approve upon. On the other hand the puritans didn't model anything different then what was already present back across the Atlantic in England. Also the instability of the puritan colonial society was far from the point where it would want to be mimicked or modeled by anyone. It is because of all of these facts that the puritan colonial societies were far from a "model society".
