…are a lot more expensive and are not very cost efficient. I do believe our public schools are doing a good job at trying to educate young people about the effects of drugs. I think in spite of whatever education we try to provide there are going to be people who are going to have a natural predisposition to become addicts. It is these people we need to try and educate before they become addicts.
