…is a ritual prayer so that Christ's peace to fill those with whom you are about to share the Eucharist with. And by doing this, people fill themselves with Christ's peace. As it has been shown, the Second Vatican Council brought about many changes to the Catholic Church. The changes explored above were changes that highly benefited the Catholic lay community and ones that will stay within the church for many more years to come.
