…good moral people who get satisfaction from being a die hard fan. Whether a fan is arguing with a referee for a bad call, another fan for differing opinions or their own team for coaching strategies, a riot can start on a very small degree and escalate beyond imagination. The only way to prevent hooliganism and rioting is the education to all citizens of all countries that rioting is socially unacceptable, dangerous and morally wrong.
