The Story of Three Church Masses This is a story of three separate church masses. Each mass has their worth of content and each mass has their own believers and supporters. …their own lives. After the pastor spoke, the lead singer had the patrons pray again with three to four more songs. After the singing ended, the lead singer led the final prayer and everyone started to disperse slowly, as the mass evolved into more of a social event. Being born and raised a Catholic, my religious life is more ritual based and therefore, my preference is the Catholic way of performing a standard church mass.
