The US/Canada Water Trade Issue

Canada is a country with vast spaces, forests, rich mineral deposits, and most importantly, an unlimited supply of water. In many places worldwide, water is a luxury, namely in the Southwest United States. Water plays an important role in both Canada and the US, as they share the status of top consumers of water in the world. …being because the export of water from Canada would discourage their adaptation of landscaping choices to the climate conditions of the area. Although it will cost more money now to modify their methods, it would certainly be cheaper for them in the long run. The environment would not be damaged as much, thus the US would not have to pay the big price of dealing with the blame of environmental negligence further down the road
