…a dollar, has long passed, and the employers need to realize this. They need to come up with a fair way to judge what the wage rate should actually be. This $5.15 an hour minimum wage is ridiculous, and employers are far from paying what the wage rate should be in order to survive. If the employers are unable to pay a decent wage, then they should not have their doors open in the first place.
