…genetical engineering will eventually become accepted in American society. As I have stated before, the approaching third wave of history will bring with it dramatic changes. These changes and their consequences will not be entirely clear to us until they actually happen, but by using models from the past we can help to prepare ourselves for what might be, because it is impossible to know where you are heading without recognizing where you have been.
