The argument of the bourgeoisie vs. the working class in Marx's "The Communist Manifesto"

An Inevitable Outcome Published in the time of European revolution, the "Communist Manifesto" was considered the bible of socialism. This essay was written by Karl Marx, one of the most influential thinkers and writers of modern times as a cry for all those, who favor a communist world, to stand up and unite. …and that the working class, or the majority, should control the government. Communism wants to get rid of the bourgeoisie because they enslave and gather all the available property. The fact is obvious that the only way communism can be attained is through the forceful overthrow of all existing governments. "Let the ruling classes tremble at a communistic revolution. The proletarians have nothing to lose but their chains. They have a world to win" (Marx 121).
