The Industrial Revolution was a major turning point in world history. The term industrial revolution originally referred to the inventions and changes that transformed England, between 1750 and 1830, from a largely rural people making a living almost completely from agriculture to a urban or suburban society occupied more and more in factory manufacture. …S. and Britain child labor laws were passed as well as factories being made to be up to a certain standard. Since the industrial revolution took place textiles were easier to obtain, as well as easier to afford. People moved to cities and towns instead of living on farms. That was on of the biggest changes. After the industrial revolution we see what some people call the technological revolution, which is still going on today.
