Title IX has provided a continual effort to attain educational equity and has benefited all students by moving forward creation of school environments where all students may learn and attain the highest standards (Title IX Facts). Overall the effects of Title IX have been very positive in equalizing the playing field for both men and women athletes. Hopefully, someday men and women will be considered equals in all aspects of life, including sports.
