…of New Orleans have reacted differently? I wish I knew the answers. Natural disasters, wars, terrorism, these things all expose the thin line between civilization and "decivilization." Some learn from it, some don't. Some remember the lesson, other will forget. As the years pass, I believe civilization will deteriorate and humans will be more animalistic and uncontrolled. It's a sad and frightening thought, but with many forgetting the lessons learned, what else would there be?
