…arrived. While the reader is familiar with the ways of the Ibo, the colonists come in and seem to destroy their way of life. The reader thinks of the colonist the enemy, while in the eyes of the colonist, they are doing something right to bring civilized people in the way of the Lord. This book however was a positive experience for me, in learning of a greatly told story and ways of the Ibo.
