You no longer own anything larger than your PC and each person switches rooms every Monday, so that people randomly bunk with others indiscriminately, though the bunkers may have prejudices. …once they reach a mature age, they may apply for a license to have children. This way, the rest of the world won't have to live with the consequences of a few unwise people. With all this information put forward, I urge the reader to avoid having to make a painful choice of either living together, going to war, or starving every person on this world because humans simply cannot keep their genitals to themselves.
