It takes a long time to eradicate an epidemic and most of the time it is almost impossible. We are living through a current pandemic right now, HIV. Each country's population is affected by the HIV virus, but no country is as devastated by the virus as Africa. Through knowledge of prevention steps can be taken towards eradication of disease.
