If for five days a week, for six weeks, get up fifteen minutes early and walk for ten minutes a day the first week, than add about a minute per day for the remaining five weeks, I know that my 35 minute daily walk will supply a motivational foundation that will become a fitness lifestyle, and i will enjoy it without being too unfit and without being ready to give up on it.
