Underage Drinking Underage drinking (of alcoholic beverages) has been placed under the microscope for some time now. Everywhere one turns someone new is offering a better solution to the problem. Many encourage stiffer laws and fines for underage drinking. Others still believe that parents are to blame for their children's illegal activity and proper values should be instilled in the home.
