…have to look at the problem logically and come down with a middle decision. Such as you give complete time limited control by each state to how long they think people should be on welfare. And also have the states to be held accountable if there are no positive programs for welfare recipients to take advantage of. In conclusion it should not take a village to raise a child it should take two responsible parents.
