What is more significant? Crucifixion or Resurrection
Jesus, who is God, took the form of a man to take away the sins of Christians. John 3:16 says; "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." Jesus claimed to be Lord, and was Lord. He was the ultimate sacrifice, for our sins and was needed to fulfill the law. Jesus did many things while being on
physically died and said it is finished {John 19:30}. I believe both of these things are extremely significant to our Christian religion and many people would not be Christians if it weren't for the resurrection. The resurrection is a symbol to Christians that Jesus is not dead. That Jesus overcame death, but couldn't Jesus of very well overcame death in the spirit, and not in physical form and still of been the messiah and final atonement.
