Why did the ideas of Hitler make mass murder possible?

The most important aspect of Hitler and his ideas was his hatred not only for the Jews but also of other lower ethnical classes. …Whenever you are a leader, your best course of action would be to surround yourself with people of similar ideas. In this case, Hitler's henchman shared the same views as him and in some cases was even more adamant about them. All of Hitler's ideas from this excerpt can be translated to hatred. It's just not the ideas of Hitler to make murder possible, but his actions and unstoppable ability to accomplish his twisted goals.
