Why isn't the world safe anymore?

…It is not enough to say we must not wage war. It is necessary to love peace and sacrifice for it. We must concentrate not merely on the negative expulsion of war but the positive affirmation of peace. Making world peaceful takes many forms, but certainly it begins with individuals, then the world would be beautiful and clean to live in and perhaps peace would be possible and then we could enjoy life with harmony.
