Why the US Left Isolationism

The United States, until just before the end of the World War II, excluded itself to a form of isolationism. By doing this, the United States relied on and looked after itself when dealing with foreign policy. …domestic and economic background and put it to use in the international system. Leaving isolationism come from many events, and was destined to happen. No one person, or one group of people made this happen, a course of events did. The United States capitalized on the situation it was put in, and isolationism was not an opinion any more. The world needed the United States to take control, and that is exactly what they did.
