…writer writes for numerous reasons ranging from making a convincing argument to making a shopping list. All do one thing. The work created serves the purpose the author intended to. This could be for reasons ranging from boredom, all the way to keeping yourself sane. Atwood H. Townsend once said "No matter how busy you may think you are, you must find time for writing, or surrender yourself to self-chosen ignorance." So write, I say.
