Would a democracy succeed in Iraq?

To establish a democracy in Iraq would undo a heritage that has lasted hundreds of years. A democracy will not work in Iraq because the people in Iraq are too uneducated to elect a leader democratically. …An aristocracy would be the best government to be implemented in Iraq immediately because the leaders would come from the each region and work for each regions needs. An aristocracy can succeed where a democracy can not. The Iraqi people will need representatives to speak for them and a democracy is unable to do that. If an aristocracy was started immediately in Iraq the chaos would stop and Iraq may start to rebuild its nation.
