Would a triumvirate Presidency make the executive branch more democratic, or would it simply make things worse?

…seems stellar for a fresh new democracy who has yet to draw up any official document. This could possibly work if it were established in a country from the very beginning, but it is impossible now to change this in the United States. Part of the reason we've become the greatest nation is our great form of government. We obviously have the right idea if democracies around the world share many of our same ideas.
