Basketball During our Phys E.D coarse this year we have done basketball twice, near the beginning of the year and in April which is just 2 months ago. We also did lay-ups with both hands, that's good for driving and sense none of us can dunk we can at least get comfortable driving from to left or right without using the opposite hand because that will make our chances of getting blocked higher.
