…local/national. Even by sending an American that is bilingual, I would still feel more comfortable with someone who is from that country and also speaks English. After weighing these factors and other cultural differences as well, I decided that it would be better to hire a local/national to handle my business. After writing this paper I feel like I've gained the confidence to actually try and make this dream a reality...we'll see.
